Your Impact
As our Digital Service Transition Analyst, you’ll play a key role where technology and project management come together to ensure smooth transitions from projects to operational environments. This role is all about implementing structured transition processes to enhance productivity, while minimising disruptions and supporting both technology and business goals.
Acting as a vital link between project teams and technology operations, you’ll embed best practices in service transition and help create a lasting impact. You’ll also drive continuous improvement by refining processes, ensuring our technology service transitions align with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve a framework to facilitate smooth transitions from project delivery to technology operations.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, other project resources and IT teams to ensure that transition criteria meet project outcomes and business goals.
- Educate stakeholders on transition processes, aligning efforts to support technology and project objectives.
- Manage transition requirements meticulously, identifying gaps early to maintain continuity.
- Work effectively under pressure, managing priorities and expectations for optimal outcomes.
- Champion ITIL-aligned processes, driving ongoing improvements and enhancing the business user experience.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications preferred.
- Emerging talent with experience in IT professional services will be highly regarded, especially those who are eager to take on new challenges and expand their expertise in a dynamic, impactful role.
- Proven experience in service and process management, excelling at driving process improvements and aligning people, technology, and processes for optimal business performance.
- Skilled in service management, IT operations, and project management frameworks, ensuring smooth service transitions and alignment with business needs.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and improvement-driven, with well-honed skills in report writing, presentation, negotiation, and team integration.
- We will also consider background in technology, PM, or BA with an interest in managing project-to-technology handovers.
