Your Impact

Join our Supply Chain team in Southbank, VIC and help deliver new products and portfolio changes across our Alcohol and Non-Alcohol businesses.

As our Senior Portfolio Planner, you’ll represent Supply Chain Planning across a large portfolio of projects, taking ownership of the more complex initiatives. You’ll connect planning teams with cross-functional project teams, ensuring requirements, risks and timelines are clearly communicated and managed.

You’ll also lead a small team of Portfolio Planners and influence stakeholders across Commercial, Procurement, suppliers and manufacturing to keep projects moving towards successful delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain planning across complex product launches and portfolio change projects.
  • Coordinate planning requirements, timelines and information across project teams, suppliers and manufacturing sites.
  • Identify and escalate risks that could affect raw materials, production or launch timing.
  • Support Stage & Gate reviews with clear supply chain inputs and recommendations.
  • Coordinate raw material readiness and first production orders.
  • Manage product deletions, stock run-out and obsolescence within project budgets.
  • Lead and develop up to two Portfolio Planners.

 

About You

You’re a confident and organised supply chain professional who can manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders and speak up when project outcomes are at risk.

  • Experience in supply chain planning, NPD, portfolio planning or a similar role within FMCG.
  • Experience supporting product launches or significant product changes.
  • Understanding of Stage & Gate or a similar project governance process.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
  • People leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capability.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Excel.
