Your Impact
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive State Support Coordinator to join our Sales team in Queensland. You'll help keep our Sales team running smoothly by coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting state-based events, managing team resources, and driving key safety and compliance activities.
Reporting to the Sales Enablement & Support Team Lead, you'll provide operational and administrative support, ensuring daily activities, tools, resources and processes are managed efficiently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting others and take pride in keeping things organised and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate local office requirements, including stationery, uniforms, business cards, couriers and team resources
- Support onboarding, offboarding and internal transitions for Sales team members
- Maintain tools of trade, organisational charts, contact lists and Sales Hub resources
- Act as a key point of contact for the field sales team, providing day-to-day operational support
- Assist with the planning and execution of local events, sponsorship activations, roadshows and sales briefings
- Coordinate logistics including travel, accommodation, catering, deliveries and product donations
- Manage and track key Health & Safety metrics, compliance registers, licences and training records
- Support state leadership with ad hoc administration and team coordination activities
About You
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination or sales support role
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods or a field-based sales environment will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong capability across Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other business systems
