Your Impact
You will act as the financial co-pilot to the Digital Leadership Team, shaping how investment decisions are made across a complex and evolving portfolio. You’ll ensure capital is directed to initiatives that deliver the strongest commercial returns, balancing strategic ambition with financial discipline. Through rigorous analysis and value realisation tracking, you will translate digital investments into clear financial outcomes, bring transparency to performance, and influence decision-making across both operating spend and capital. In doing so, you will strengthen finance partnering capability, uplift governance, and drive better business outcomes across the total P&L.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead investment evaluation and decision support across BAU and strategic digital initiatives, including NPV, IRR and payback analysis.
- Own and drive the value realisation framework, tracking performance against approved business cases and assumptions.
- Develop and embed KPI frameworks to measure ROI and impact of digital investments.
- Partner with Digital leaders to provide constructive challenge and shape prioritisation decisions.
- Translate complex digital initiatives into clear, actionable financial insights for senior stakeholders.
- Lead, coach and develop a specialised finance team aligned to the digital project pipeline.
- Strengthen governance and financial discipline across capital allocation and project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in investment processes, reporting and decision-making insights.
About You
- Proven experience in senior finance roles with strong business partnering capability.
- Experience supporting digital, technology or project-based environments (highly regarded).
- CA/CPA qualification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of capital investment frameworks and financial modelling (NPV, IRR, payback).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to remain hands-on in analysis and delivery.
- Advanced analytical capability, including experience using data and visualisation tools.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative leader who develops capability and builds high-performing teams.
