Program Change Manager - Matrix

Program Change Manager - Matrix

Shape how people adopt automation across Asahi’s next‑gen warehouse network.

Your Impact

As Asahi Beverages continues to build on its multi‑beverage ambition of being the first choice in beverages, several key strategic projects are underway to support this objective. As Program Change Manager – Matrix, you will be accountable for designing and delivering an integrated Change and Communications Strategy across the full lifecycle of the Matrix automated warehouse program, spanning Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales.

Reporting to the Senior Change Manager – Supply Chain, you will work closely with workstream leads, subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure all impacted employees are identified, informed, engaged and ready to adopt the changes required to transition to automated warehouse operations.

You will also lead a dedicated change team, managing delivery across multiple sites while maintaining alignment to broader program objectives and minimising disruption to business operations.

Given the scale and complexity of the program, this role will require the ability to adapt change approaches in response to evolving scope, sequencing and delivery priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver an integrated Change and Communications Strategy across all phases of the Matrix program
  • Continuously assess change impacts, readiness, and risks as the program evolves, adapting strategies to reflect shifting priorities and delivery realities
  • Assess change impacts and risks, developing mitigation strategies that focus on readiness, adoption and operational stability
  • Lead and develop a dedicated change and training team, including day-to-day management of direct reports
  • Coach and support senior leaders, managers and project teams on change management best practice
  • Provide trusted advice to program and senior leaders on change readiness, sequencing risks and the change implications of key decisions.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting for the Change Control Group, Project Steering Committee and other governance forums
  • Collaborate with change peers to ensure consistency of delivery across Asahi’s enterprise change portfolio

About You

  • Proven track record delivering change management on large-scale technology or supply chain transformation programs, including environments with high complexity and evolving scope
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading change teams
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication planning and training delivery
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (particularly EWM and TM modules) and/or greenfield automated warehouse environments is highly regarded
  • Skilled in both change and project management methodologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
  • A strategic thinker with sharp problem-solving instincts and the ability to navigate ambiguity across a complex portfolio
  • FMCG industry experience is a plus; a tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Change, Business or related field is desirable
