Your Impact
We’re looking for a commercially astute National Account Manager to lead our partnership with Woolworths across a portfolio of market-leading beverage brands. This is a high-impact role with accountability for delivering volume, NSV and profitability targets, while developing and executing strategic account plans, Joint Business Plan initiatives and category growth strategies that drive share, optimise trade investment, and deliver sustainable commercial growth.
Working cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, eCommerce and Field Operations, you will lead customer collaboration, build long-term strategic relationships and ensure best-in-class execution both online and in-store channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the Woolworths account strategy and customer relationship
- Developing and executing initiatives that drive category growth and commercial outcomes
- Driving JBP priorities, major investment activities and cross-functional projects
- Monitoring and understanding the competitor landscape to ensure our brands contribute meaningfully to the category and drive market share expansion
- Owning sales forecast accuracy and trade investment expenditure
- Managing the 18-month rolling forecast for the relevant portfolio
- Partnering with eCcommerce and field teams to deliver best-in-class execution
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring proven National Account Manager experience within the grocery channel, with direct Woolworths and/or Coles account management experience highly regarded
You will also bring:
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen
- Excellent analytical and category thinking capability
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong planning, forecasting and trade investment management experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or a related discipline
