Activation Warehouse Coordinator

Have you always wanted to work with iconic brands like Asahi, Peroni, Hard Rated and Vodka Cruiser? As Activation Warehouse Coordinator, you'll support in the warehouse area, ensuring activation, trade marketing and promotional materials are processed efficiently, accurately and most importantly - safely. 

This is a Permanent Full Time role, based in Papakura. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm.   

Key Responsibilities

• Packing and distribution of promotional materials, products, standard POS and samples to agreed timelines and standards
• Inventory Management - including checking deliveries, stocktaking and communicating replenishment needs to the Team Leader
• Forklift operation
• Process orders through our warehouse management systems (Atlas)
• Following all health & safety requirements including use of PPE, cleaning, and maintaining an organised warehouse

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Inventory management or warehouse experience
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong attention to detail and the initiative to correct mistakes or seek solutions
• Capable & willing to engage in manual handling activities such as repeated heavy liftin

A Forklift Licence is a requirement for this position, but if you don't have much experience - we can train you!
