Project Training Co-ordinator – Auckland (OANZ Project) | 12 Month FTC 

Your Impact

You’ll play a key role in one of Asahi Beverages’ most significant transformation programs, supporting the rollout of new systems and processes across New Zealand and Australia.

As part of the One Asahi New Zealand (OANZ) project, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering training across ~250 employees, ensuring teams are set up for success ahead of go-live in 2027. This is a highly visible project role where your ability to organise, communicate and drive outcomes will directly impact how effectively the business adopts new technology and ways of working.


Key Accountabilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end training schedule across the project
  • Coordinate classroom sessions, workshops and e-learning delivery
  • Manage all training logistics including room bookings, materials and system setup
  • Liaise with instructional designers, SMEs and business leaders to align training plans
  • Track attendance, completions and knowledge checks across all training sessions
  • Reschedule and manage gaps in attendance to ensure full training coverage
  • Support trainers during sessions, including troubleshooting and participant support
  • Communicate training updates, reminders and changes across stakeholders
  • Produce regular reporting on training progress, risks and participation
  • Support continuous improvement of training processes, materials and delivery

About You

  • Experience in training coordination, project coordination or learning delivery support
  • Exposure to large-scale transformation, system or digital projects
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules
  • Confident working with stakeholders across multiple teams and seniority levels
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in remote and cross-functional environments
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills (essential)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone) is highly regarded
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
