Your Impact
We're on the lookout for a hands-on Field Service Technician to join our Brisbane-based team. In this mobile role, you’ll service and maintain Asahi Beverages’ fleet of post-mix and frozen drink equipment across metro Brisbane – all while delivering a great customer experience.
You’ll join a high-performing and supportive team who’ll provide you with all the training and tools needed to succeed, including specialist equipment knowledge and safety systems. If you enjoy practical work, solving technical problems, and working independently, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a market leader.

Key Responsibilities
A day in the life of a Field Service Technician at Asahi means hitting the road, visiting customer sites across Brisbane to install, service or repair beverage dispensing equipment. Between solving technical issues and chatting with venue staff, you’ll keep things running smoothly while proudly representing our iconic brands.
Other responsibilities include;
- Assess, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently,
- Maintain van stock and keep accurate records of work completed
- Communicate back to our service delivery teams with critical information about product performance
- Identify and escalate any safety, quality or performance risks with equipment or site setups
- Always follow safety protocols and environmental standards while on-site
About You
You’re a hands-on problem-solver with great communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and service. You’ll thrive in a mobile role, enjoy being on the road, and take ownership of the quality of your work.
You’ll also bring:
- A trade qualification in refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or similar i.e. restricted electrical ticket for composite equipment
- An unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
- Confidence working independently and prioritising tasks
- A passion for learning, teamwork and continuous improvement
- Commitment to environmental responsibility and workplace safety
