Your Impact

 

You will play a critical role in enabling Asahi’s commercial engine to perform at its best. You will help maximise business productivity, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the experience for both internal users and external customers.

 

You will ensure Business Agreements processes are delivered seamlessly across onshore and offshore teams, while meeting service level commitments, business KPIs and compliance expectations. Beyond day‑to‑day delivery, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the function—driving continuous improvement, process optimisation and smarter ways of working through automation and re‑engineering.

 

12-month fixed term contract role 

 

About the Role

 

  • Lead Business Agreements service delivery across onshore and offshore teams to meet SLAs, KPIs and compliance requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of Business Agreements, including contractual terms such as rebates, accruals, prepayments and discounts
  • Drive continuous improvement of Business Agreements processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support delivery of the Commercial Support Services and Business Agreements optimisation roadmaps
  • Partner with stakeholders to adapt systems and processes to evolving business requirements
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of an improved business user and customer experience
  • Enable future‑ready capabilities through process re‑engineering, automation and RPA

 

About You

 

  • Tertiary qualification preferred, with experience in commercial contracts
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and the ability to interpret financial and commercial data
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business outcomes in a fast‑paced, complex environment
  • Strong understanding of process‑driven functions, with a continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma desirable)
  • Strategic, commercially minded approach to problem‑solving
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
