Your Impact
You will provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial information to support operational decision-making. You will partner closely with the Off Premise team to increase financial acumen, deliver strategic insights, and drive value, enabling the Off Premise channel to achieve both short- and long-term ambitions. You will influence key operational and strategic decisions through robust analysis, scenario modelling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Role
- Act as a trusted financial partner to Channel, Key Account, and Sales teams, providing insights that drive business decisions.
- Lead the delivery of budgets, forecasts, month-end reporting, and KPIs with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Support sales teams in contract negotiations, trade spend management, and incentive programs to optimize performance.
- Drive continuous improvement by streamlining reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
- Coach and mentor stakeholders to enhance their financial understanding and strengthen decision-making capabilities.
- Contribute to key projects and post-implementation reviews, ensuring strategic objectives and benefits are achieved.
Fixed term contract role until May 2027
About You
- Bachelor of Commerce; post-graduate study and professional membership (CA/CPA) preferred.
- Previous experience in finance roles; multinational FMCG experience an advantage.
- Strong management reporting knowledge, with advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and Access.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Solid financial acumen and understanding of different market dynamics.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively or independently.
- Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences and taking ownership of key responsibilities.
