Project & Change Manager - Commercial Engagement

We’re looking for a Commercial Project Engagement & Change Manager to play a critical role in delivering transformational commercial initiatives across Asahi.

 

Your Impact

You’ll coordinate and drive strategic commercial projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring structured project delivery and strong stakeholder engagement. At the same time, you’ll lead change and engagement strategies that embed new ways of working and deliver sustainable outcomes.

You’ll partner across functions to ensure our change programs are consistent, well-governed and deliver real business benefits.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead project timelines, stakeholder engagement and governance cadences
  • Develop structured implementation plans and partner with stakeholders to execute
  • Provide consistent project management tools, templates and frameworks
  • Track actions, risks and dependencies to ensure delivery to plan
  • Coordinate across workstreams to achieve defined synergies and benefits
  • Act as key liaison between Project Team, workstream leads and stakeholders

 

Change & Engagement Management

  • Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies for key initiatives
  • Ensure consistent change governance and reporting across the portfolio
  • Identify impacted stakeholder groups and drive targeted engagement
  • Lead impact assessments and define mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate training, capability and process education programs
  • Develop communications and leader support materials
  • Coach senior leaders and change champions to support adoption
  • Integrate change activities with project plans and SteerCo priorities

 

About You

 

  • Tertiary qualified in Business, HR or related discipline
  • Solid experience leading change initiatives within complex environments and designing and delivering structured change programs
  • Strong project management capability
  • Familiarity with change methodologies and frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to assess impact and risk
  • Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative leader who builds trust and drives accountability
