Reporting into the Customer Transformation team, this role will support large-scale strategic initiatives that shape how our products move from production through to customers, ensuring our delivery model is efficient, scalable and aligned with our commercial ambitions.
You will work at the intersection of commercial, supply chain, finance and technology, helping to analyse how our current systems operate and designing practical improvements that drive better outcomes for our customers and the business.

- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Technology to embed transformation initiatives
- Support the integration and optimisation of our delivery networks as part of Asahi’s broader transformation roadmap
Key Accountabilities

- Conduct commercial and market analysis including competitor service offers, customer insights and channel dynamics
- Define and document the target customer delivery model, including policy settings, operational impacts and service trade-offs
- Develop impact assessments, implementation plans and supporting business cases for governance decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to transition design decisions into execution and ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives
About You

- Experience in transformation, strategy, business analysis or operational improvement roles
- Proven ability to structure complex problems and deliver change within operational or supply chain environments
- Experience working with ERP or SAP-enabled processes supporting operational or supply chain transformation
