Your Impact:

As a Training & Compliance Partner, you’ll play a key role in strengthening technical capability and compliance across our Manufacturing and Logistics sites. Supporting the Senior Technical Development Lead, you’ll help coordinate, administer, and embed high‑quality learning programs that meet regulatory, corporate, and internal requirements. Through strong organisation, stakeholder partnership, and LMS expertise, you’ll ensure our people have the right training, at the right time, with accurate records to support capability uplift and compliance confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer technical learning programs across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and best practice
  • Support compliance and capability planning by scheduling training, maintaining learning plans, and confirming training effectiveness
  • Manage LMS administration, training records, and reporting to support site, functional, and organisational capability needs
  • Partner with site leaders, subject matter experts, and providers to deliver high‑quality learning outcomes
  • Manage learning‑related administration including purchase orders, SAP invoice receipting, and vendor coordination

About You:

You’re highly organised, detail‑focused, and enjoy supporting others to build capability and confidence. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, working across sites, and partnering with a wide range of stakeholders. You bring a practical, solutions‑focused mindset and enjoy turning plans into action.

What will help you thrive in this role:

  • Hands‑on experience working with LMS platforms and training systems
  • Strong administration and process management skills, with great attention to detail
  • Confidence coordinating training schedules and supporting training needs analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage teams and leaders
  • Experience supporting change initiatives and embedding new ways of working
  • Formal qualification in Education & Training (or a level of experience to supersede this)

This role has a multi-site remit across our Victorian locations in Abbotsford, Tullamarine and Laverton. A sustainable commute to these locations throughout the week should be a consideration in your application for this role.
