Support change delivery across three automated warehouse launches in a major operational transformation program.

Your Impact

 

The Change Analyst plays a key role in supporting strategic change by helping people successfully adopt change. Reporting to the Matrix Change Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of change activities associated with implementation of 3 greenfield automated warehouse sites across the Asahi Beverages network. This role will focus on ensuring that people, processes and systems are prepared for change so that initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency and support Asahi’s growth ambitions are successfully adopted across the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the development and delivery of change management activities across automated warehouse transformation initiatives
  • Identify and analyse the impact of change across people, processes and systems and document change impact assessments
  • Support the development of change artifacts including change plans, stakeholder analysis and adoption strategies
  • Identify training and capability uplift requirements to support successful change adoption
  • Collaborate with the Change Manager and Training Manager to develop and deliver communication plans
  • Work closely with Project Managers and project teams to integrate change activities into project plans and key milestones
  • Support governance and reporting activities to ensure consistency of change delivery across the broader change portfolio

 

About You

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives within complex transformation programs
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to assess change impacts across people, processes and systems
  • Experience supporting operational or technology-led change initiatives, ideally within automated warehouse or distribution environments within FMCG organisations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support engagement and adoption activities
  • Comfortable working in agile, fast paced and complex organisational environments
  • Exposure to formal change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR is advantageous
