Your Impact

 

The Change Manager plays a key leadership role in driving strategic change across the organisation. Reporting to the Program Change Manager, you will lead the design and execution of change strategies that support the implementation of 3 greenfield automated warehouse sites across the Asahi Beverages network. By focusing on people, adoption and capability uplift, you will help ensure operational transformation initiatives are successfully embedded and deliver long-term value to the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the development and execution of change strategies and plans supporting the implementation of automated warehouses across the eastern seaboard
  • Direct and coordinate the day‑to‑day work of Change Analysts to ensure delivery of key change deliverables and insights.
  • Work alongside the Matrix Training Manager to support the successful delivery of the capability uplift.
  • Partner with Project Managers and delivery teams to integrate change management activities with project plans and milestones
  • Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and change champions to support adoption across their teams
  • Identify and address change readiness risks and develop strategies to support successful implementation
  • Ensure consistency of change delivery across the change portfolio through governance, reporting and best practice frameworks

 

About You

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end change programs within complex transformation environments
  • Experience supporting large operational or technology transformation initiatives, ideally within automated warehouse or distribution environments within FMCG organisations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption
  • Experience applying structured change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
  • Strong program and project delivery capability with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through change
