Your Impact:
As Consumer Insights Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy by delivering high-quality, actionable insight that improves marketing effectiveness and validates execution. Acting as a trusted thought partner to Brand, Marketing and Innovation leaders, you’ll bring clarity to complex questions, ensure investment decisions are evidence-based, and elevate how consumer insight is understood and applied across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and present insight across brand health and equity tracking, communications testing and in-market performance of creative and NPDs.
- Deliver clear, commercially relevant insights and deep-dive analysis
- Own end-to-end consumer research projects from briefing through to insight activation, using a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods
- Develop and deliver annual learning plans for Brand Teams and Innovation Teams aligned to priority brand segments and commercial objectives
- Partner with the Innovation team to explore opportunities in new beverage categories.
- Ensure best-practice research governance including briefing quality, budget management, timelines, and effective use of existing knowledge
- The Consumer Insights Manager will be the trusted Insights partner to our Alcoholic Premix Drink, and Non-Alcoholic Brands, including Hard Rated, Vodka Cruiser and Schweppes.
About You:
- 6–7+ years’ experience across agency and client-side roles, ideally within FMCG
- Strong expertise across quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling commercial stories
- Confident stakeholder manager with experience influencing senior marketing leaders
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and budget accountability
- Advanced capability in Excel and PowerPoint, with a sharp eye for insight storytelling
- Experience with Data Analysis software preferred (e.g. Q, SPSS etc)
