Your Impact

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for growing distribution, volume, profitability, and brand presence across your customer territory. This is a field-based role where you’ll manage existing contracted customers while identifying new opportunities to grow our non-alcohol portfolio across Away From Home and Petrol & Convenience channels.

This territory is well established, with strong customer relationships already in place, offering a great platform for someone who enjoys autonomy and ownership.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and grow a defined customer territory across Away From Home and Petrol & Convenience channels
  • Deliver sales targets through effective execution of promotional activity, pricing, and trading terms
  • Identify and onboard new business opportunities within the territory
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding individual business needs
  • Maintain effective call coverage and frequency, averaging around 15 calls per day
  • Use CRM tools to maintain accurate customer data and activity reporting
  • Collaborate closely with your Field Sales Manager and wider team to deliver against business priorities

About You

  • Experience in grocery, Petrol & Convenience, or FMCG environments is highly regarded
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not essential – transferable backgrounds are welcome
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a large territory
  • Strong communication skills with a personable and professional customer approach
  • Commercially curious with the ability to understand and work with sales data
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and be developed
  • Travel is primarily day-based with no regular overnight stays required.
