We’re now looking for a talented Finance Manager – Logistics to join our Supply Finance team and take ownership of trunking freight across our network. Your Impact
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial management of our trunking freight operations, ensuring products move seamlessly from our manufacturing sites to our distribution centres. Working closely with Logistics and Manufacturing Finance teams, you’ll provide insightful analysis, drive cost optimisation, and partner with stakeholders to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for trunking freight
- Partner with Logistics, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Finance teams to support performance and risk management
- Deliver high-quality financial insights to improve cost transparency and operational efficiency
- Support strategic and commercial decision-making across warehousing, customer delivery, and manufacturing interfaces
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost-optimisation programs

You will also bring:
- Experience in logistics finance or supply chain–related finance roles
- Solid exposure to IBP, demand/supply planning, or similar frameworks
- Strong forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis capability
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience in FMCG, logistics, transport or 3PL environments (highly regarded)
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on cost optimisation
