Your Impact

Join our Wulkuraka site in a critical Utilities Coordinator role where you’ll take ownership of site utilities, facilities and contractor-led maintenance. You’ll play a key role in building a more structured preventative maintenance program, embedding SLAs into SAP, and driving reliability, efficiency and cost improvements across essential services that keep the site running.

This is a hands-on coordination and improvement role, working closely with contractors, operations, engineering and procurement to ensure our utilities are safe, reliable, compliant and cost-effective.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day contractors across site utilities and facilities, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality execution of works
  • Build and embed a preventative maintenance program, transitioning existing SLAs into SAP to create a more structured maintenance framework
  • Coordinate maintenance and reliability activities across boilers, compressors (HP/LP), refrigeration, air conditioning, water treatment, trade waste, buildings and related services
  • Drive efficiency and reliability improvements using data and analysis to identify opportunities and prioritise actions
  • Support reduction initiatives across key utility inputs (water, gas, electricity and overtime) in line with site priorities
  • Partner with Procurement to review contracts, manage suppliers and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Support utilities and infrastructure areas including the syrup room and broader site services
  • Ensure strong safety, compliance and contractor governance across all utilities activities


About You

  • Trade background or engineering qualification highly regarded
  • Experience working across utilities such as boilers, compressors, refrigeration, HVAC, water treatment and trade waste
  • Experience coordinating contractors and external service providers in FMCG or similar manufacturing environments
  • Experience building and improving preventative maintenance programs and systems
  • SAP experience (or exposure to CMMS/maintenance systems) is highly regarded
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive efficiency and reliability improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – able to work with operations, engineering, procurement and external partners
  • Organised, practical and solutions-focused, with a strong safety and compliance mindset
