Your Impact:
Join our Supply Chain Change Team and play a key role as we transition to SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) across our warehouse network. As the Training Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of the training strategy, ensuring our teams are equipped and ready to operate confidently in operating the future state. This role focuses on governance, structure and coordination of training - working closely with the change team, SMEs, instructional designers and operational teams to make sure training is clear, consistent and effective.
You must demonstrate a strong background in designing and delivering training programs for large-scale software implementations, ideally within complex Supply Chain or Logistics environments. Experience with SAP EWM or TM is highly desirable, but the ability to lead training strategies and support end-user adoption during major system rollouts is critical.
Please note, this role will be offered as a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the program Change team and stakeholders to develop and deliver the overarching Training Strategy for WMTM
- Lead Training Needs Analysis and build the training schedule across multiple sites
- Govern and oversee the structure, templates, and flow of training material
- Coordinate delivery with SMEs and instructional designers to ensure quality and consistency
- Track and report on training material development progress
- Engage stakeholders to ensure readiness and minimal business disruption
About You:
- Proven experience in developing a Training Strategy and successfully delivering comprehensive Training Programs for large-scale or complex initiatives
- Strong capability in conducting detailed Training Needs Analysis across multiple teams and business areas and designing appropriate interventions to address learning needs
- Demonstrated capability in training governance, planning and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain environments advantageous
- SAP / EWM&TM experience is strongly desired
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively
