Senior Innovation Manager - Non Alc

We’re looking for a Senior Innovation Manager to join our Innovation & Disruption team and lead the non-alcoholic beverages innovation agenda across some of Australia’s most iconic beverage brands, including Schweppes, Solo, Cottee’s as well as new-to-world brand opportunities.

 

Your Impact:

 

In this role, you’ll drive the end-to-end innovation process – from consumer insight and concept development through to commercialisation and launch. You’ll play a key role in shaping our innovation pipeline and ensuring projects are aligned to business strategy, commercially viable and consumer centric.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the innovation pipeline and strategy for non-alc, linking directly to portfolio and business growth objectives.
• Manage projects from idea to launch, including insights, concept development, testing and commercialisation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Insights, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal) and external agencies to deliver outcomes.
• Provide thought leadership, influence senior stakeholders and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration and experimentation.
• Evaluate and measure new projects, generating learnings to strengthen future innovation.

 

About You:

 

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Solid experience in brand or innovation management (with at least 2 years in a commercial-led role).
• FMCG or consumer goods experience and a strong record in delivering innovation.
• Strong commercial acumen, project management skills and experience working cross-functionally.
• A curious, collaborative and resilient mindset – someone who embraces ambiguity and drives progress over perfection.
