Your Impact
As a Promotional Account Executive with Asahi Beverages, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customer accounts by managing the end-to-end administration of promotional plans.
We currently have two opportunities available:
- Independent Brands Australia (IBA)
- Liquor Marketing Group (LMG)
In these customer-facing roles, you’ll ensure promotional activity is executed with accuracy and efficiency across multiple systems and platforms. You’ll also work closely with National Account Managers and the broader commercial team to optimise promotional programs, provide data and insights, and help deliver initiatives that drive growth for both Asahi Beverages and our customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage promotional plans within ProMax and customer systems (PMR, Partner Hub), ensuring accurate and timely input of promotions.
- Update and adjust promotional activity in line with confirmed details and execution, maintaining accurate accruals and forecasts.
- Support the National Account Managers with the management of slotting boards, PET files, and claims reconciliation.
- Act as a ProMax “super user,” providing training and guidance to account and sales teams.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams and stakeholders to resolve promotional issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Use data tools (e.g. Qliksense, Complexica) to analyse and optimise promotional activity, providing insights to improve profitability and volume.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications preferred, with experience in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other technology applications.
- Experience with trade promotions management systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organised, process-oriented, and comfortable managing significant amounts of detail.
- Curious, adaptable, and able to problem-solve in a changing environment.
