Senior Service Technician

 

Your Impact

As a Senior Service Technician with Asahi Beverages, you’ll service, repair, and maintain our fleet of beverage dispensing equipment across the greater Sydney metro area and surrounding regions. Based at Wetherill Park, you’ll join a passionate and close-knit team that takes pride in delivering outstanding service to our customers every day.

This role is ideal for someone with solid trade experience who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a field-based environment where no two days are the same. You’ll use your technical expertise and communication skills to make a real impact while representing our market-leading brands.

Please note: This position works on a rotating 10-week roster covering day, afternoon, and night shifts (including some weekends and two public holidays as part of the rotation).

 

Key Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and install beverage equipment, post-mix systems, frozen carbonated beverage machines, and vending machines (training provided).
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of Asahi Beverages in venues and retail environments.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts usage through our electronic work order system.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures while on-site.

 

About You

You’re a hands-on, customer-focused professional who takes pride in your work and enjoys solving technical challenges. You’re known for your attention to detail, safety focus, and ability to stay organised in dynamic environments.

You’ll also bring:

• A trade qualification in refrigeration, air conditioning, or electrical
• A refrigerant handling licence and/or restricted electrical licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in a related field (e.g. refrigeration, HVAC, or small appliance repair)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Physical fitness to perform hands-on technical work safely and effectively
