Your Impact

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering or Supply Chain Project professional to manage Capital Programs for New Product Development (NPD). Reporting to the NPD Capital Manager, you’ll work closely with departments across the business - from Marketing and Packaging to Manufacturing and Planning - to make sure our NPD projects are delivered on time, safely, and cost-effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of capital projects that support new product launches
• Work with teams across Supply Chain and Commercial to implement projects, and plan the pipeline of future work
• Own and update our register of site capabilities
• Assess where new products should be made based on cost, efficiency, and timing
• Help scope projects, prepare business cases, and ensure accurate financial forecasting
• Monitor project risks and dependencies across teams
• Track program progress, manage budgets, and ensure all safety and quality standards are met
• Drive top-line growth through the in-full and on-time delivery of capability to support the innovation program, and champion continuous improvement within NPD Delivery
  
  

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Strong background in project or engineering management
• Experience working with Packaging processes & assets (Liquids or Beverages would be a bonus!)
• Confidence managing project budgets and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• A good understanding of the manufacturing process
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver outcomes on-time and within budget
