Field Sales Manager

We have an exciting, 12-month opportunity available within our QLD On-Premise Sales team for a Field Sales Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for achieving volume, distribution, and commercial targets across our portfolio in your allocated region of Cairns to Mackay.

 

You’ll also provide critical leadership, management, and coaching to a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), ensuring they’re set up to deliver strong sales performance and excellent customer outcomes.

 

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial and market share goals by maximising commercial initiatives.
• Support and guide each BDE with effective customer management and journey planning.
• Motivate the team through clear communication and strong execution of sales objectives.
• Drive distribution and volume growth of our portfolio across the allocated region.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with top customers in your region.

 

About you

• Proven experience in district or field sales management, ideally within FMCG or beverages.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and selling skills.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance cross-functional responsibilities.
• Highly organised, with strong planning capabilities for self and team.
