Business Development Executive – Away from Home

We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Executive to join our Away from Home team, helping grow our presence across Melbourne's West & Airport Region.

Your Impact

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with existing customers across your territory.

Working closely with your Regional Sales Manager, you'll help bring our market-leading brands into new venues and support customers to maximise their beverage offering.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and winning new business opportunities across your territory.
Managing an existing portfolio of customers and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Negotiating new customer agreements in line with business objectives.
Executing sales initiatives, promotions and commercial activities.
Identifying opportunities to grow distribution, volume and profitability.
Maintaining accurate customer records and pipeline activity through Salesforce.
Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from acquisition through to onboarding.

Experience in sales is beneficial, but not essential. We'd also love to hear from candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer service or other customer-facing roles who are looking to start a career in sales.
