Production Operator

Your Impact

Join our manufacturing team to set up, operate and maintain production machinery that delivers high-quality beverage products. You’ll run equipment, perform quality checks, troubleshoot faults, and support the team to meet production targets safely and efficiently.

Please note: This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working a rotating Shift Pattern of 12-hour Day & Night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and maintain production machinery to ensure consistent, on-spec output and minimise downtime

• Perform quality checks, follow processes, and act quickly to prevent product loss or deviations

• Troubleshoot faults and escalate issues to protect line capacity and delivery targets

• Maintain safe, clean work areas and always use the correct PPE to protect yourself and others

• Support team activities such as material picking, basic stocktakes and any ad-hoc production needs

 

About You

You’re practical, reliable and enjoy hands-on technical work. You take pride in getting the details right, have a can-do attitude, and work well as part of a close-knit team. You’re proactive about learning, safety-minded, and thrive when solving problems on the go.

You’ll also bring:

• Proven experience in machine operation or manufacturing (FMCG/industrial experience valued)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

• Attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on repetitive work without sacrificing accuracy

• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from others

• The ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively in a production environment
