Your Impact
In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the financial performance and operational effectiveness of our Supply Chain & Indirects functions.
You’ll be the key connector between operations, procurement, planning & finance translating complex drivers into clear financial insights that guide strategic decisions. Your work will directly influence how we plan, forecast and deliver across our IBP horizon, elevating the quality of our IBP cycle and ensuring we optimise cost, capacity and working capital.
By partnering closely with cross-functional leaders, you’ll ensure we operate with financial discipline , agility and long-term strategic clarity.
About the Role
- Provide accurate financial analysis and insights to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance through month-end close and IBP processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning using data-driven insights.
- Lead the development and optimisation of streamlined financial processes for month-end close and forecasting.
About You
- Previous experience in financial leadership roles across Supply Chain, FP&A and/or Commercial Finance.
- CA/CPA qualified
- Demonstrated experience with IBP and FP&A processes, including planning, analysis, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of core financial processes—month-end, forecasting, budgeting, and cost management.
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and align or streamline systems to enhance efficiency.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders to drive meaningful change.
