Your Impact

Based at our Southbank office, you’ll design and deliver smart reporting tools and systems that help our Supply Chain move faster and make better decisions. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics, you’ll partner across the business to uplift capability and reduce manual work, so teams can focus on what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives end‑to‑end via our Reporting & Analytics Framing Tool (RAFT), from blueprint to delivery and handover
  • Build new tools that close process gaps and drive measurable efficiency across the Supply Chain
  • Own strategic KPI reporting in our Power BI‑based ASK Reporting Database and share insights with senior leaders
  • Automate data flows and reporting using Power BI and Power Apps to eliminate manual effort
  • Support CAPEX, OPEX and major projects with clear analysis, practical recommendations and timely delivery
  • Ensure every build lands well, complete SOPs, training and stakeholder adoption

About You

  • Advanced Excel skills and a knack for turning complex data into clear, executive‑ready narratives
  • Hands‑on experience with data visualisation (Power BI) and workflow/app enablement (Power Apps)
  • Comfort working within FMCG/CPG supply chains and collaborating across multiple teams and time zones
  • Proven ability to scope, build and implement reporting solutions, with thoughtful change management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills. You're curious, proactive and great at simplifying the path to value
