Your Impact

As a Business Development Executive, you will represent Australia’s market leading beverage portfolio across a high activity Impulse territory. You will be the face of our brands in cafés, convenience stores and small fast food outlets, strengthening in store execution and driving visibility, availability and sales growth.

This role places you at the heart of the customer experience. You will be responsible for identifying stock opportunities, maximising display presence, ensuring planogram compliance and building strong relationships with store owners and managers. Completing customer visits each day, you will play a key role in ensuring Schweppes products are perfectly presented, fully stocked and activated in line with promotional plans.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage a high-volume territory of approximately 260 cafés, convenience stores and quick service locations.
• Complete customer visits each day, assessing stock levels, fridge displays, planogram compliance, depletion, rotation and promotional signage opportunities.
• Enter accurate stock orders through a handheld device and liaise with internal teams to resolve stock issues, uplift visibility or maintain promotional standards.
• Identify and negotiate new display opportunities including pallet stands, cardboard displays, fridge placements and point of sale materials.
• Carry, move and replenish stock within stores including cartons ranging from 4kg to 18kg, ensuring correct rotation, facing and layout.
• Perform minor merchandising activities such as relays, shelf resets, erecting displays and ensuring premium shelf presence.
• Work safely and efficiently within a variety of environments including store rooms, cool rooms, cafés and shopping centre locations.
• Maintain clean and professional administrative records through your PDA and follow all required reporting processes.
• Represent Schweppes Australia with professionalism, customer centricity and a continuous improvement mindset.

About You

• You are energetic, self motivated and enjoy being on the move throughout your day. You thrive in fast paced environments where organisation, customer service and physical capability all come together.
• You bring experience in FMCG, merchandising or territory management where you have managed high volume store calls and maintained strong customer relationships.
• You are comfortable with physical work including lifting, carrying, moving stock, completing relays and maintaining in store displays across a variety of customers.
• You are confident using handheld devices or technology for ordering, reporting and daily administration.
• You pride yourself on your resilience, reliability and ability to work independently while still being part of a broader team.
• You hold a valid driver’s licence and are comfortable navigating busy café precincts and retail locations.
